The meeting began with l’analisi della decisione della Corte Costituzionale sull’ammissibilità dei quesiti referendari. La Corte ha dichiarato ammissibili due dei nostri quesiti e ne ha cassato un terzo, oltre a quello proposto dall’IDV. E’ stato sottolineato come, a fronte dei poteri forti schierati contro i referendum, abbia pesato, nella scelta della Corte Costituzionale, il dato numerico delle firme raccolte e la grande campagna di sensibilizzazione messa in atto, permettendo così di raggiungere già un primo significativo risultato: su un bene che a tutte e tutti appartiene, per la prima volta sarà l’intero popolo italiano a potersi pronunciare. Moltissimi interventi hanno sottolineato la necessità che a tutte e tutti diventi chiara la svolta impressa con il positivo risultato ottenuto dalla Corte Costituzionale: adesso i referendum sono una realtà ed è bene che tutti, dalla più grande rete e organizzazione nazionale al più piccolo comitato territoriale, siano consapevoli del fatto che da ora la campagna referendaria è a tutti gli effetti avviata e necessita delle massime energie possibili da part of each.
