Abbiamo convocato lo sciopero generale dei metalmeccanici per il 28 gennaio; è una tappa fondamentale per la riconquista del Contratto Nazionale e la salvaguardia dei diritti nei luoghi di lavoro. La scelta compiuta dalla Fiat alle Carrozzerie di Mirafiori e a Pomigliano D’Arco è un atto antisindacale, autoritario e antidemocratico senza precedenti nella storia delle relazioni sindacali del nostro paese dal dopoguerra.
È un attacco ai principi e ai valori della Costituzione Italiana e alla democrazia perché calpesta la libertà dei lavoratori e delle lavoratrici di decidere a quale sindacato aderire per difendere collettivamente i propri rights and elect their own representatives in the company.
